Return/Cancellation policy

All ticket purchases are final. In case of inclement weather, go to www.madisonexchange.org for the latest announcements and updates. Call 203.350.XCHG (9244) or email madison.exchange.@gmail.com if any questions.

Shipping policy

Donations and purchases are acknowledged with an emailed receipt and are effective immediately. You should have a confirmation in your inbox shortly after completing your transaction. There will be no other receipts mailed. If you have not received a receipt in your inbox, please check any spam filters or other filtering programs you have installed. You can also view and print past receipts through your Google Checkout or PayPal account.

Madison Arts Night ticket policy

Tickets purchased online for Madison Arts Night are electronic tickets (eTickets) so remember to bring your ID to the event. No physical ticket will be mailed to you. Once we confirm your identity, you will be issued wristbands according to the quantity of eTickets you purchased. If you have any questions regarding tickets or eTickets for Madison Arts Night, call 203.318.0110 or email madison.exchange@gmail.com.
