The 5th Annual Exchange Club Golf Classic returns to the Fox Hopyard
The Madison Exchange Club’s 4th Annual Golf Classic fundraiser took place last year on Monday, August 3 2009. Many helped us out during the previous years with a wonderful turnout! This year's fundraiser moves to Monday, June 28 2010 and we ask you to continue to help us keep children out of the rough by putting a little green in the hands of Exchange Club Child Abuse Prevention Centers.
The tournament registration begins at 11:30 am with lunch and access to the driving range. The Shotgun start is at 1:00 pm and all groups will use a Shamble format. A beverage cart will be on hand during play. The Post-Tournament Shoot Out is at 6:00 pm along with food, refreshments and the Awards Ceremony.
The National Exchange Foundation is committed to making a difference in the lives of children, families and our communities. The most successful method of countering child abuse is by working directly with parents through the parent aide program. This 501(c)(3) non-profit Foundation coordinates a network of Exchange Club Child Abuse Prevention Centers which utilizes a vital parent aide program to provide support to families at risk for abuse. Centers in Connecticut are located in Bristol, Rockville, Stamford and Waterbury. The Madison Exchange Club also promotes Americanism, Community Service and Youth Programs.
